Broken or Damaged Goods.
If an item is damaged or broken in transit we will replace it, or if this is not possible we will issue a refund. We may request photographic evidence along with details of the damage or request that the damaged goods be returned to us.
We will not refund or replace any item that has become damaged as a result of misuse or neglect.
If you wish to cancel your order or return individual items from a larger order we will refund the purchase cost of those items and your original postage cost; or in the case of a part order a percentage of postage cost based on the weight of the returned items.

You have 7 days after the day of receipt of your order to let us know that you wish to cancel your order and return your goods.
We do not accept cancellation of your order after the 7 day period.
Returning an item.
Please email us for a Returns Number including:-
a) a list of the items you wish to return
b) the reasons for returning the items
c) the original order number.
You must return items to us within 30 days from the cancellation date, including the Returns Number.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unopened and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods and advise customers to return goods by recorded delivery (with the appropriate insurance) and keep proof of postage.
On receipt of the returned goods a refund will be issued.
Please note returns are sent at your own risk and expense and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not complied with.
The right to return goods does not apply to perishable goods (ie. Fondant icing and other edibles).
Customer satisfaction is at the top of our agenda and as such complaints are taken very seriously and we endeavour to respond to complaints as soon as is possible.
