The SIDE EDGER has three functions:
1.To smooth the sides of the cake.
2. To smooth the covered board.
3. To give a clean finish line between the cake and board.
This is a re-designed smoother. Larger than normal, with a curved front edge to glide with ease across the paste. Its large size makes it easy to use over your rolled out almond paste/marzipan or sugarpaste, to take off any rolling pin marks before applying to the cake.
