These food flavour are all appropriate for the higher temperature of candy making, fudge etc. Most are appropriate for use in chocolates and all are ideal for flavouring baked goods, icing, frosting and fondant (use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per 1 cup of butter) ice cream and more..
